Aura Blends product warranty
We’re committed to delivering quality you can feel. If you believe the hair you’ve received isn’t up to standard, please reach out to us at aurablendshair@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through what to do next. Once we receive the hair back, we’ll take a thorough look and assess the issue.
Hair must be taken out and returned within 14 days of your request.
Our team will review the hair and run a few checks to understand whether it’s a manufacturing issue or something related to how the hair was used or cared for.
Please keep in mind:
• We can’t process returns if the Aura Blends aftercare instructions weren’t followed.
• All hair should be checked by the stylist or salon before application. Make sure you’re happy with the colour, texture, and quality before installing or altering it in any way.
• Once the extensions have been applied or the bands removed, we’re unable to accept returns or offer a replacement.
• This promise doesn’t apply to hair that’s been damaged due to incorrect installation or improper care.
* Please note: As with all human hair, minor differences in colour or tone may happen between batches. This is completely normal and outside of our control.
