Aura Blends product warranty
We're committed to delivering quality you can feel. If you believe the hair you have received isn't up to standard, please reach out to us at aurablendshair@gmail.com and we'll guide you through what to do next. Once we receive the hair back, we'll take a thorough look and asses the issue.
- Hair must be taken out and returned within 14 days of your request.
Our team will review the hair and run a few checks to understand whether it's a manufacturing issue or something related to how the hair was used or cared for.
Please keep in mind:
- We can't process returns if the Aura Blends aftercare instructions were not followed.
- All hair should be checked by the stylist or salon prior to application. Make sure you're happy with the colour, texture and quality before installing or altering it in any way.
- Once the extensions have been applied or the bands removed, we're unable to accept returns or offer a replacement.
- This promise doesn't apply to hair that has been damaged due to incorrect installation or improper care.
Please note: As with all human hair, minor differences in colour or tone may occur between batches. This is completely normal and outside of our control.
